  • Vendo
    Vendo
    Y Combinator LogoS2026
    Active • 2 employees • San Francisco
Vendo is the customization layer that lets your users build their own features and micro-apps directly on top of your product. Rather than waiting on an ever-growing feature backlog, your users can personalize the product to exactly how they work, create their own automations, and integrate hundreds of external tools, all without your team writing a line of code. Everything runs on your existing API, renders natively in your own theme and components, and executes inside secure sandboxes within your existing security guardrails, so your source code is never touched. Companies can plug Vendo into an agent they already have, or deploy a production-ready agent complete with the ability to take actions in the product, generate UI, and draw on a built-in knowledge base. Vendo is open source and installs with a single command, and we work closely with teams to get it running for their product.

  • Minro
    Minro
    Y Combinator LogoF2025
    Active • 2 employees • San Francisco
Minro helps companies stay close to their users as they scale. Today, most startups have thousands of product events flowing through tools like PostHog, but still have no real understanding of who their users actually are, which users are quietly about to churn, or what outreach actually brings them back. Founders care deeply about their users, but staying close to them becomes operationally impossible very quickly. Minro plugs directly into a company’s analytics stack and turns product activity into living customer intelligence. We enrich every user with context like their company, role, LinkedIn/GitHub/Twitter, background, and likely use case, currently matching users to the correct online identity with ~80% accuracy starting from just name + email. We then identify which users are most likely to churn based on behavioral patterns, persona similarity, and historical retention signals, and help founders proactively reach out before those users disappear. Minro drafts highly contextual founder-style outreach, tracks which conversations actually convert into retention, and continuously improves the system over time. The result is a customer intelligence and retention layer that helps companies understand their users better, build stronger relationships, and reduce churn before it happens.

  • Prox
    Prox
    Y Combinator LogoF2025
    Active • 7 employees • San Francisco
Prox turns product expertise into revenue for equipment manufacturers. Equipment buyers rarely begin with a model number. They begin with a job, an installed system, a constraint, or a problem. The knowledge needed to qualify, recommend, configure, quote, repair, replace, or upgrade the product is scattered across manuals, catalogs, spreadsheets, calculators, product managers, applications engineers, dealer processes, support teams, and legacy systems. The result is abandoned demand, slow qualification, wrong-fit recommendations, quote delays, weak dealer follow-up, missed parts and service revenue, and dependence on a few experienced people. Prox builds AI product specialists for equipment manufacturers. A product specialist uses the manufacturer's approved product knowledge, expert rules, calculators, and connected systems to move customers and frontline teams from a complex product question to the right purchase, quote, dealer, parts, service, replacement, or upgrade path. How it works: 1. Understand what the person is trying to accomplish. 2. Resolve the product, application, and operating context already available. 3. Ask only for the missing information that changes the result. 4. Apply approved sources, expert rules, and deterministic tools (calculators, selectors, configurators, comparisons). 5. Produce a supported, cited recommendation, configuration, procedure, or decision artifact. 6. Move the person into the correct cart, quote, RFQ, BOM, dealer, sales, parts, service, replacement, upgrade, or expert action with the context preserved. One product specialist, many governed skills: product discovery and comparison, sizing and configuration, competitive defense, quote preparation, dealer enablement, installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, parts identification, and approved service, replacement, and upgrade paths. Manufacturers deploy those skills to customers, dealers, sales teams, applications engineers, support teams, or field service. Existing CRM, CPQ, commerce, and support systems stay in place. Support and service are revenue-bearing surfaces. The specialist resolves the customer's problem first, then surfaces the approved part, service, replacement, or upgrade path only when the evidence supports it.

  • Outlit
    Outlit
    Y Combinator LogoW2025
    Active • 3 employees • San Francisco
Outlit helps B2B SaaS companies improve GRR and NRR by keeping more customers and finding more expansion revenue. Outlit creates a real-time view of every customer using product usage, support, calls, email, Slack, billing, CRM, and external signals. It assesses whether each account is likely to renew, expand, contract, or churn, then provides the evidence and next action. The result: stronger adoption, higher retention, and more expansion revenue from signals your team would never catch in a health score or any single tool.

    Active • 12 employees • San Francisco
Enterprises have millions of customer interactions every year but are only able to monitor less than 2-5% of those. The rest 95% is unmonitored risk across compliance, customer experience, product defects, and agent performance. With AI agents widely deployed across customer support organisations this problem increases exponentially. Every company needs a unified layer that allows them to monitor and govern all customer interactions with customer support teams, humans and AI. Intryc is building this layer.
